Order Processing
Once you place your order, please allow up to 48 hours for our team to review and confirm it. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll reach out right away. If you change your mind, simply contact us during this window and we’ll be happy to adjust or cancel your order for a full refund.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. Our team is off on weekends.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can follow your order every step of the way.
If anything goes wrong—whether it’s a lost package or a faulty item—we’ll make it right. We cover any issues that arise during shipping.
